It’s hard to even express how incredible Abbey truly is. For starters, she agreed to capture my wedding with only one months notice and despite her being on maternity leave. With just a few chats back and forth prior to the wedding day, she perfectly capture everything I was hoping for and then more. 
 
She has such a calming presence to where you feel like you’ve known her for years. I’ve never been confident with having my picture taken, but Abbey made me feel beautiful, complementing me the entire time she was shooting. For a bride, that was so reassuring. We had to move around the order of pictures before the ceremony and I never once had to be burdened with the change of plans, she took care of adjusting the schedule to where we didn’t waste any time! And another thing, she made sure to get EVERY SINGLE PHOTO I wanted taken that day plus a whole lot more!
 
Bonus to everything else, she also has a rad Polaroid that captured some awesome, vintage vibe photos for us to be able to take home that day, which was really special for us! 
 
When I look back at my wedding day pictures, I can’t help but to think how lucky and blessed my husband and I were to have Abbey there that day. She is amazingly talented at capturing the moments/memories that are worth cherishing for a lifetime on top of her sweet, caring personality.

Wow, where do I start? Every aspect of Abbey Hunter Photo was delivered with the utmost professionalism, it was a one-stop solution to capturing our wedding memories forever! We started with engagement photos at Falls Creek Falls, we were able to shoot at multiple locations within the park. At first, I was a bit disappointed at the weather of the location for our scheduled shoot but after seeing the end results, we couldn't be happier! Abbey was able to make a gloomy overcast day look so incredible and captured our personalities in the shoot. Everyone who viewed the photos was totally blown away! Abbey was able to connect with us in a one-on-one way that allowed us to feel natural and forget the camera was even there at times, our photos have genuine laughter and smiles!

One year later to the weekend we tied the knot and Abbey was there to capture the magic! Over the last year of planning the wedding and coordinating vendors and décor, Abbey was always readily available to go above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns that we might have had. Because of this, we didn't feel like we had to stress at all about the photography aspect of the plans. Abbey was able to help us decide on a time schedule of the ceremony to capture the best light and help us figure out locations for first look and prep photos!

On the day of the wedding, Abbey was punctual, professional, and really fun to have taken care of capturing the event. She ensured that everyone was able to get involved with group photos, captured candid moments, and also created a very comfortable atmosphere and it shows in the photos. We were blown away by the beautiful pictures of the event, she captured all the décor and special moments of the reception after the ceremony. I am certain that we will be reliving our special day through these pictures for many years to come!

Abby was amazing to work with. It was a bit chaotic getting all our vendors nailed down because my husband I were getting married 4 months after our engagement. Abby was so quick to respond and did EVERYTHING possible to be helpful. She was so flexible and understanding with any change of plans we had.
She’s very easy to get along with and we loved having her around. Which was a big deal because we had a very intimate wedding.

Abbey was such a blessing to me and my husband. Our original photographer for our wedding had to back out, so 3 months out we were scrambling to find a replacement and Abbey was so quick to respond to us. We ended up booking her almost immediately! Our wedding was in the Chicagoland area on 12/27/21 and Abbey created such a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Abbey was snapping polaroides throughout the day and gave them to us the day of the wedding before she left -- it was so sweet to already have some wedding photos before the night was even over! We got our pictures earlier than expected and loved every single one-- all my bridesmaids and me and my husband can't stop looking through them. Photography was really important to me when planning our wedding and I'm are so thankful that Abbey was there to capture our day so beautifully.
