Foster Falls Engagement Photos

Oh what an adventure I had with these two taking their photos at Foster Falls! We carpooled from Nashville and had the best time, talking the whole time about Zach and Chelsea’s story, music, church, etc etc!!! We got along so well- I loved it! Chelsea is from Canada and Zach is from California, so it was so cool to hear all about how they met and ended up in Nashville. Zach is also a talented guitar player, so we bonded over the fact that my husband is in a band too!!!

It was quite a cloudy and dark day but we ended up just going for it, and I’m so glad we did!!! The waterfall was rushing the most I had EVER seen! It was so loud we could barely hear each other and I probably looked so silly shouting directions at them and waving my arms and making motions to tell them what to do haha. 

When we got in the water (yes I did too haha) the mist was so freaking intense I had to wipe my lens like every 30 seconds. It was so hard to get clear photos but we ended up getting some good ones despite! We got some photos by the second little waterfall to the right and then lastly some RIGHT by the huge one. It was crazy intense but so exhilarating. This was also Zach and Chelsea’s first time at a Tennessee waterfall- I’m so glad I got to experience this with them!!!! 

We dried off as best as we could and hiked back up, and as we did thunder started crashing above us. When we got back to the car the rain started. We had just made it!!! It was perfect timing!

Loved getting to know this rad couple, can’t wait for their wedding in May!
