Joshua Tree Elopement

This elopement in Joshua Tree was meaningful and beautiful in every way.

The day before I scouted out some places besides their ceremony location (cap rock) to do photos, and I stumbled across the gorgeous mountain viewpoint you can see in the second half. Unreal that we got desert rocks/Joshua trees and an amazing sunset over the mountains. We truly got a good taste of Joshua Tree, and it did not disappoint!

Jared and Holly’s parents were the only witnesses to their ceremony (plus photographer+officiant), and it was honestly the best decision. I could tell Jared and Holly felt so supported and loved and celebrated but without stress of having a ton of people to worry about. Both their parents were the sweetest ever, shedding tears at numerous points during the vows.

I could say so much more about this wedding- the color palette, the sunset we got, Holly’s dress (those sleeves!), even a crazy story about losing a ring (!), but I’ll leave you to scroll through the gallery.
