Moab Engagements | Taylor & Katie

This Moab wedding weekend was one for the books.

This is part one of THREE amazing sessions (including their wedding) that I shot for Taylor and Katie. They flew me out to Moab and we decided to do everything in one shot- engagements Saturday at sunset at Arches National Park, wedding Sunday at Cathedral Rock, and then bridals Monday morning (in the snow!) on Monday morning at sunrise (at Dead Horse). There are no words to describe how amazing this weekend was!

It is so hard to think of picking a favorite of all the places we shot, but Arches was pretty cool. I had been to Arches a few times but never taken photos there. I was pleasantly surprised by how many good spots there were! We got lucky with amazing 75 degree weather and an absolutely beautiful sunset. Scroll to the end for some landscape photos I took, I think the last one is one of my favorites! (spot the tiny guy sitting in the arch!)

“Abbey was amazing to work with. It was a bit chaotic getting all our vendors nailed down because my husband I were getting married 4 months after our engagement. Abby was so quick to respond and did EVERYTHING possible to be helpful. She was so flexible and understanding with any change of plans we had.
She’s very easy to get along with and we loved having her around. Which was a big deal because we had a very intimate wedding.
We are so happy with the photos she took – she’s very talented and works real hard. So if you’re looking for a photographer – she’s your girl.“
